Hi everyone, I am having a problem finding a new/ refurbished steering box for my 1978 4/4 2str. Is there anyone out there who refurbishes this type of box, or are there any alternatives?
Regards Max

Hi Max, I am in the process of changing my Burman box for a Gemma in an attempt to lighten the steering. I got my Gemma from Terry at GE Engineering 01453832113, BUT I had to wait over 3 months for it though, alternatively you are welcome to my "old" Burman for a small fee.
If you are interested pm with a phone number.
Tony

Hi Tony, after a little research I have decided to go down the same avenue as you, with the Gemma box. I did, however find a chap who will recondition the old Burman box, and if anyone is interested his name is Terry Foxon 01453 832113
