Well...New guy here...

Im going to comment on the psudo-fighter plane paint(decal) option. But first let me qualify my OPINION. Im a retired US Army helicopter pilot. I started off in AH-1 Cobra Gunships. Now Im a HEMS (Helicopter Emerg. Med. Svc.) pilot.

So I admit Im a wannabe WWII fighter pilot. I do wear Ray-Bans! Its been said that imitation is the highest form of flattery.

Now, regardless of the mission they, meaning fighter/attack aircraft are cool...Nothing cooler. They are the fastest, the sharpest things anywhere. The mission is cool. They were built for one reason and one reason only: Defending the homeland and kicking the hell out of the bad guys...Which is very cool as well. Bad Guys being the ones, You know, the ones trying to kill you!

War is hell, but fighter planes are still cool. Hence the WWII 3Wheeler is cool. That said, mine would never have that stuff stuck on the side! I confess though, behind the spare tire I did put a British Roundel, with proper yellow boarder to signify Fighter Command. LOL

In my working life I have had the privilege of meeting a lot of WWII RAF ex Bomber/Fighter Command pilots and crew (as well as Navy / Army veterans) and the ones who have spoken about their wartime experiences all have one thing in common, a quiet but steely resolve about the need to get a job done, a total lack of self praise and a deep sadness for the lost lives and lost years.

If you think about it deeply, you are of course right!

However if I think too deeply about everything I wouldn't have a Morgan and I'd be a right miserable old bu$$er stars

laugh

Bingo Boshers!! Though fair comment from Easter, your sentiments echo mine entirely!

Of course once mounted, no one will be inclined argue with you (unless you confess that they are fake).

Especially at junctions & round-abouts!!! laugh2
