Went or a short drive to Burry Port beach with  and Monty.just got back. Monty had a swim after a ball thrown into the sea. I had a nice paddle. Only 5 miles each way but nice to be out. Also went to play golf this morning. Again about 5 miles each way.

We took a run through the Kent countryside to Scotney Castle where we met up with two other Hopmoggers. We had to book, but the organisation was excellent. Hot walking round the grounds (one way system installed), but we found a cool shady spot to eat our picnic lunch. The journey home mid-afternoon was HOT! Furthest I have driven in over three months (67 miles) - just what we needed.
