Talk Morgan Forums Community The Malvern Arms Le Mans Classic.

Tonight we should have been on the ferry, heading for the Le Mans Classic.

The Craic on the ferry would have been fantastic. Meeting old Morgan friends, making new ones, sipping a few beers, having a leisurely meal, then waking up the next morning in France.

Slowly meandering cross country to the Le Mans area via Rennes and Laval eventually arriving at the Hotel to see the welcoming faces of Quentin and the rest of the Vinmog tribe. An evening of glorious food, wine and laughter would follow.

Friday am off to Le Mans, fighting our way to the Vinmog / MDF parking area. Then to the Dunlop stand to watch some races. Then hours spent wandering around the pits and soaking in the atmosphere.

In the evening, back to the hotel for hours eating and talking with other Morganners or maybe stay at the circuit for night racing. A glorious magical time.

Although not to be this year, I for one will definitely be there next year with Vinmog and will raise a glass to Quentin tonight.

Jan and I would have been on tonight's ferry as well. We will be definitely going next year.
I have already raised a glass or two tonight to Quentin, we will all miss him.
