It’s a slow start, but give it a minute and you’ll see Charles le Clerc in the latest Ferrari, flat out round Monaco.

Unfortunately, the movie is really boring and doesn't make any sense in my perception.

The movie concept was always going to be lame, the interest is the view of Monaco without the crowds and racing banners, it looks about as glamorous as an inner city car park. The driving is quite spectacular though, downright dangerous in fact, even in that controlled environment, no room for error.

I bet Lewis wouldn't have backed off halfway through the tunnel!

Please excuse the slight thread drift but did anyone watch the qualifying for the GP yesterday? I know lots of you gave up on F1 years ago but I have stuck with it throughout the highs and lows BUT, even I thought yesterdays event was an all time low. I can't see the point in what they are doing and why did the drivers who were all alone and out in the fresh air have to wear masks but the presenters, whilst keeping a safe distance, who were indoors didn't.
I couldn't be bothered to watch it to the end, I assume it's business as usual in terms of grid placings? What a shame this once great spectacle has come down to this level. Good job the snooker will be back on the tele soon.

Here for a good time not a long time!!

I recorded it Reg and fast forwarded through the first 10 minutes or so which had nothing whatsoever to do with sport, the highlight was DC's comment on Seb's performance who came 11th on the grid describing Le Clercs car as a prancing horse compared to Seb's flagging donkey, you can see why Ferrari are letting him go the fire appears to be an ember in the grate now.

I shall record todays so I can repeat the process and miss the kneeling/tee shirt bit.

I did watch it, it wasn’t much fun without the pizazz, but it’s a beautiful track with old fashioned gravel, like Knockhill without the fog!
laugh2

Poor Seb hasn’t had much luck, I expect he’ll do better in the race even though the Ferrari looks like being a bit of an also ran, feeling a bit sorry for Williams too, sad that they’re so hopeless.

I have set the race to record. Far better way to watch it as you can skip the boring bits and rewind to watch the good bits.
I watched the post qualifying yesterday but not the actual session.
The mask wearing made me laugh! The different use by the various groups. Also, Daniel Ricciardo’s nose making his mask drop down, Toto Wolf in a visor.

Was going to say 'only in shops' .... but for you that is 'all the time' smile

You can get a little plastic gizmo goes round the back of your head (or fashion one out of paper clips) that takes the elastic rather than your ears .... useful if you're wearing a mask for long periods. Last thing a chap needs is Ear Chafe ! smile
