Has anyone fitted adjustable shocks and uprated their Series 3 suspension please? If so, what with, at what cost, with whom and with what success?! I'm looking to improve B road ride and handling.

Start with the tyres - seriously. The OEM Avons are dreadful. Toyos or vredesteins will help ride, stability and compliance.
