Hi I know the subject of individual solutions to mounting a GPS/Sat Nav unit like Garmin and Tom Tom has been covered on here in the past but after failing to find it using the search pages I wondered if any one could point me in the right direction before I go completely mad! I may not even be posting this in the right forum so apology's in advance if this is the case.

I just type in satnav mounting and a load of threads appeared.

Ok thanks I was typing in sat nav with a gap between words and it didnt recognise it. After you good advice I now have the thread. Thankyou.

I know that Williams have been developing a custom satnav mount that attaches to the tonneau peg.

I'm not sure if its available due to the lock down, but you could give them a call to see if it is.

I use a sucker on the dash (my dash is painted). Works well for me

I used a bike mount to the bar under the dash and then bodged a fitting.

Pic of my dashboard. Garmin's suction devise works well so long as the dash is degreased first. Cable ties used behind the satnav on each side. [Linked Image]
