I didn't have time to drive the three-wheeler today because I'm preparing and adjusting a second air system for 58mm.

I have already adjusted the exhaust pipes on the large valve cylinder heads before the engine assembly.

Is that a parabolic or constant radius air horn machined as part of the air cleaner back plate? either way, it's very nice.

It was hard to find a place to get a photo of the bridge. It is the Hood Canal Floating Bridge which spans the entrance to a fiord that’s has some important naval traffic through it. 1.2 miles long.

And this was where I discovered I had a battery that I had not maintained properly...

Went on a 100 mile ride this morning. 88 degrees f. and very humid. The shade from tree canopies was a welcome respite.

I was in Wisconsin over the weekend, watching vintage races at Road America so can vouch for the heat and humidity on Sunday (followed by a rain deluge late in the day).

Stopped by the tent of one of the racers who is also a vintage car dealer and he had two Morgans three wheelers on display: a modern 5 speeder and an early Aero 2 speeder from the late 20's with Anzani water cooled twin; a nice 'driver', very complete and mostly original. He suggested I should buy the Aero to go with my modern machine, but I told him I'm holding out for a 3 speeder with air cooled JAP. He countered that the Aero with the Anzani is faster, even faster than the modern machine. Claimed it had a top speed of 110mph! I laughed and he said "Seriously." (It has stock front wings and a pram style top!-so no way in my mind a stock vintage Aero goes that fast. A stripped and lowered racer, maybe). I laughed again, and he wasn't even smiling. So not wanting to take the time to figure out if he was having some fun, is full of BS, or is seriously delusional, I thanked him for the look and made my exit...

I have a good idea who you were speaking with. That M3W is listed for sale on his site.
