Just received a email today say that The Lancaster Classic Car Show has been given the green light for this November's show to go ahead, but with strict guidelines.
Good news for the classic car scene? Or not

Agree parking is a total rip off. I have a trip to Central America booked in late November. Waiting to see if it's cancelled.

Park in the railway car park - also there is another cheaper car park which you will find on the show website.
MSCC will be there all being well - but we may have a skeleton staff and no regalia for sale & cars on display may be limited etc. we just have to play it by ear and do whatever to ensure safety of visitors and volunteers- and may at times have to restrict numbers on the stand. We shall insist on face masks - I`ll cling film a biccie for you Stuart so you can eat it later!
I`ll do my best to put on some sort of show under what may be difficult circumstances.

I'll get to one some year but it certainly won't be this one, lots of old boys stuck in big sheds the perfect environment for bugs etc to spread..
Like everything else there is always next years events to plan and look forward to nothings on fire.
I have missed the Goodwood Festival of Speed and will sorely miss not going to Goodwood Revival this year but it will taste all the sweeter next year for the wait like all things.
