https://www.tm-img.com/album/3DHi. I have had a quantity of 7” wiper blades made to the factory specification but of the stainless steel flexible type . They are a direct fit requiring no modification .

That was an early prototype I made and tested. Then had some made to test with a few tweaks . I then ordered the final design so I have good quality ones that arrived today from the manufacturer.They are available so I will put something on the for sale section.

Arrived this morning. Fitted. Tested. Perfect. No overlap on lower screen edge. The last set of blades I bought overlapped the lower edge of the screen substantially - to the extent that I cit an inch off the lower end of each blade. Yours fit perfectly.
You have achieved something that MMC have failed to sort.
