Here is a thought, oil tanks in motorcycles are small and heat the oil more rapidly and therefore evaporate the condensate in the oil much more quickly. The Three Wheeler has a large oil tank and heats the oil much more slowly giving more time for condensate to develop.
Ther have been a few folks on TM asking where water in the oil came from, showing photos of their oil tank caps with foamy oil on it. Thats the condensate.
So, changing your oil is also dumping water out of the system too.
Agree, also once oil is used chemical reactions start within the oil whether the engine is run or not so my philosophy is the same as yours for the price of oil just change it.

any engine can get condensate if the engine is not operated for enough time to force it out. The oil does not need to get to 100c to do this, but it does take some time. So short drives are really hard on engines. Also, if you live in an area with wide temperature changes in short periods of time. So a really cold day followed by a warm humid day you can get a lot of condensation as well as the still cold engine will get covered with dew (inside and out) by the warm humid air. Like a glass of gin and tonic will get wet on the outside during a warm summer day.
