I’ve been doing the usual low key maintenance and I’ve a query. I’ve a 1994 plus 4 and was wondering about the rocker switches, with the exception of one they all have illumination when switched on. The one that doesn’t is for the heater fan. It does have a mimic which looks as though it should light but I can’t get the rocker switch out to check. I’m assuming it comes forward into the cab but how do you release it, are there some tabs or something behind? Do you lever (yikes) it out ? Or, is it not illuminated and I should save my efforts?
Thanks for any help
Tony

Not sure if this is relevant to your problem but typically rocker switches have plastic tangs/tabs that expand to lock on the inside of mounting surface once pushed into place. If you can gain access to the rear and see such tangs, they can usually be pushed inwards with a flat blade, one side at at time to allow switch to be jiggled out.

I have a 1993 Plus 4 and like yours the heater fan switch does not illuminate, all the others do, which I believe is correct. To remove the switch there are two tabs that squeeze to release. One at the top, other at the bottom Hope this helps Simon
