Can only echo the sentiments already expressed. Good luck with the insurance, I would be really interested in their handling of this as I am also with Headley and Hiscox.

Well Headley haven't got back to me today despite two phone calls. All emails are being rejected by the SSP server. On their website they won't let you complete a contact form. Now I am worried. I hope to god they haven't gone bust.

A van t-boned me last year and wrote off my tin top. Despite 100% the van driver fault it still ends up expensive!

Sorry to see the extent of the damage John, having just had a similar experience, although not as serious as I can still drive my Roadster, have to say I have been less than impressed with Hiscox response, although Headley have been good. Wish I had taken up the offer for the third party's insurer to handle the claim, (they would have allowed me to nominate my specialist Morgan repairer), it would have saved a lot of phone calls & frustration.
Hope it gets sorted soon.

John V6...So sorry to hear about your accident....the picture of your car made me wince....stay patient with the Insurance company...they will respond at some point. Glad to hear you were not hurt.

Thanks all. Headley have been of no use just saying we will put Hiscox in touch. Maybe they will improve, time will tell,

Bloody hell John...glad you are ok.
I hope you get things sorted asap. A prang in a Morgan is more emotional than if it were a tin top.
Dealing with insurers can be frustrating.
