Well done Hawki, thanks for that it's nice to hear from a youngster that really gets the Morgan thing and there is something special about the green one's.

I live near a sixth form college and the kids there just love the Morgan. With the new underpinnings I don't think there's going to be an issue getting a new generation hooked.

The issue will be the price. The car looks attractive and somehow more achievable than say a Coxster, but when they see that its in a similar price bracket ................ Or is that the chat of an old man who still remembers new E types at 2k a pop, and a sports car like the Morgan at £800 or so? maybe it is.

I've been looking at the PCP quotes for the Plus 4. With a reasonable, but not massive, deposit and the high predicted 3 year residual value, a PCP on a PlusFour will affordable to many.
Remember, car affordability is all about the monthly payment: few people buy the car.

I'm waiting to see what the dealers want in £££ to shift these at the end of their 2 and 3 year term

Assuming the depreciation is as per Morgan history, and that a PCP simply finances the depreciation for the next 3 years, not a lot.

I’m sure I was told the PCP was based upon a 70% residual. Hence the reasonable monthly payment
