B&C are planning to offer M3W MOTs in the future. They just need to get some new kit to allow them to do so.

I’m surprised to hear that Chris, hope it’s correct. I quizzed the service department and copied sales and neither mentioned that. I’m sure they sensed my frustration, especially as they’ve just kitted out a new repair shop and MOT centre in Guildford.

I finally had my MOT done by Phillips of Wormley. A nice experience, they let me do all the cockpit stuff while they measured and checked. An added benefit was a lovely drive through Haslemere and chiddingfold on a sunny day. Only fault was the near side headlamp aiming a bit too high but that was quickly adjusted without any fuss. The tester knew a thing of two about M3Ws (Centas, sprockets etc). Thoroughly recommended.

Also recommended (in Bucks): Waddesdon MOT centre on Frederick St!
