Over the last three days I have had three emails from the "DVLA" asking me to update my details, including my bank account details.
Email is quite well constructed with the usual "click to access your account" but the senders email address gives it away as a scam.
Anyone else received one?

No but I get your TV licence DD has bounced, blah blah blah.
Oh and your e-mail will be blocked unless you validate your details.
And the HMRC tax refund.

I had my email address taken over sending out these type of scams,did not know until I recieved abusive emails calling me a scammer.Very worrying and had to close down email address completely.also reported it.

Thanks I didn't know there was a UK gov address as well. I tell the bank etc

If you click on the email address it will show the source email address.I t be nothing like an official address.
I recently received two from T.V Licence.

Halifax Bank want me to reconfirm my account details or they will freeze my account. Good luck to them as I don't have one.
There are a lot of b*******s out there whose intent is to separate you from your money.
