And I cannot help but think that the pool does nothing positive to the heated seats if you happen to have them, which I do.

In doing the entire project I cannot sY enough about my frustration with rivnuts.

My previous chassis did not have very well sealed floor panels and always let water in from underneath, but also allowed it to drain when driving in really heavy rain. The new chassis seals way better, as evidenced by the near inch of water swilling around the passenger side after Day 2 of our trip to Wales last month. I am looking to drill some holes in the floor to allow it out again, as it took an age to dry out properly.

As I recall my tr4 had drain plugs, about 3” dia to relieve itself.

My jeeps had drain holes in the floor pan. They had rubber plugs in them and when I would wash it out, I would pull the plugs to drain the water. You may want to purchase some rubber plugs and install them in the areas that holds water and make it drainable. I know I am making note of this so when I get to working on the car, I will put some drain plugs in.

If you use the NVH delete kit from Bleazey the under seat panels will be automatically drained.

Help required please. Just fitting the Phil Bleazey bevel box mount and cannot get the belt to run true, its over towards the bevel box on the front pulley. There is minimal adjustment on its mounting location, any advise from those of you how have done it gratefully received!
Was hoping to get it done today so didn't want to disturb Phil on a Sunday.

As the kit is self locating maybe my chassis not in tolerance😳

Where was the belt before you started the BB Kit install?

I had to readjust my belt after the install and I suspect it is because the NVH was positioning the pulley and therefore the belt in a slightly different alignment. With all those rubber bushings in the NVH there is a lot to go wrong.

Just realign your belt via the rear wheel adjustment procedure.

Thanks for your reply Stephen, I think I’ve sorted it I had to have the back wheel in a position I wasn’t happy with to get it to run straight but I’ve run it up with the car in gear and the back wheel off the ground and it seems to have settled down don’t quite know why, and I’ve managed to get it running in a position I’m happy with.
Still moves to the out side of the front pulley in reverse but fine going forward but this is not uncommon I think.

Getting the belt to track properly is a real test in patience.
