In these days when there is so much doom and gloom and lots of reports of sub-standard service, I would like to cheer you up with my experience today. Yesterday at about mid day I ordered a new pair of running shoes from Up & Running. This morning they were delivered by Parcel Force before 11am. In with the shoes was a tube of energy gel and a note thanking me for supporting the shop in these difficult times. That is what I consider to be excellent service.

PhilRoyle, Do you eat the energy gel or rub it into your feet ???? I think you eat it - but maybe the rubbing into the feet may pay dividends - although would probably result in being chased by various animals.

I think you need them if you do Le mans starts in your Mog. Or maybe if you have the Flinstone engined version

I had a similar experience with ARCC when I had them convert my brompton bike to an electric bike. I lost the key to unlock the battery which meant could not re charge it. Phoned them up and the next day a new set of keys arrived without charge!

It is lovely to see a good news story. Look forward to a picture of the new running shoes - as long as you can find a way of excluding your legs.
