Been with heritage insurance for the last 12mths also had a TVR with them a few yrs ago , I’ve been quoted £275 wth £150 excess renewal which sounds good to me I’m limited to 3000 miles per yr not a problem I’ll go through the small print to make sure on replacement value etc . I’ve used hagerty insurance as well on another car any feed back would be appreciated

Headley have been very supportive following white van man T boning my Roadster. Price is not everything when it goes wrong.

Assuming that does not include european breakdown recovery. If so, the price sounds par for the course.

I found out with Gott and Wynne insuring unlimited miles was only 30 pounds a year more! As I found 3000 miles was limiting trips to Scotland and Cornwall.
Worth checking

I was with Heritage untill they insisted on capping the wind screen cover about half the replacement cost. I have heard they have now dropped this policy. At the moment I'm with Gott and Wynne.

I think it may have been slightly less with Headley but same order of magnitude. I worked out that our first trip to the Alps might take us over our 5000 mile limit and called them for options. When I found out the extra cost, I wondered why I had bothered with the restriction. It would be lovely to exceed 2000 miles next year ......

I dont bother any more with the limited mileage except on my & the bosses Polo. It forces me to drive the Brooklands unforetunately

As said above price isn't everything. If you are a long distance tourer also check countries covered by green card post Jan 1. We had problems in the Balkans back in 2015. Had to buy local insurance x2 (Albania, Montenegro) despite supposedly having documentary proof of insurance cover. Headley after appealing via Hiscox refunded our €100 outlay. Really happy with Headley and I pay £320.
