Well then. Its safe to say we wont be seeing them investing in providing us with properly designed compensators and bevel boxes? Now there is a dream that will never see the light of day, making it a nightmare. Bleazey compensator gives you some chance of easy roller swap and maybe converting to a 4 wheel machine with a standard axle rear end and two wheels back there , all open wheeled, making it look like a early indy car.

Just received an email from Morgan about P101. Limited edition of 33 to celebrate end of production in 2021.

The successor will use a 3 cylinder compliant engine in the CX chassis.
I'd assume it'll be announced at next year's Geneva show.
I'm sure there's may interesting permutations between CX chassis & BMW's powertrains. & it's only a question of time before an electric or hybrid Morgan appears. The i3 won't be replaced when its production run ends - 2024, probably. So what chance a hybrid Plus 4, using the now-discontinued i3 system - or an all electric variant? In a nutshell they’ve got 10years of new sales to petrol heads left, after that I think their USP will collapse? Would I buy an electric Morgan? Doesn’t push my buttons I’m afraid.

Quoting Stevo666 "maybe poorly engineered and executed should have been substituted for production...?"
I must say that I totally agree with this.
Mine was an early 2013 and although I got a lot of pleasure driving the car and attending numerous MTWC rallies since then, I have now sold the car after having most of the upgrades done and a few additional mods of my own.
I would define ownership as a roller coaster of elation and disappointment.
Elation:- From the absolute pleasure of driving it and the total camaraderie with fellow owners and club members.
Disappointment:- With the lack of proper development before launch, poor choice of materials and/or design (i.e. rear sprockets and chassis tubes and many other points too numerous to mention) and the failure to live up to expectations for a car costing this amount of money.
You need an incredible amount of patience and deep pockets to own one of these.

I should add that personally I’m pleased that I got one of the 2500 M3Ws and I’m looking forward to keeping it running until I can’t remember how it starts.

Just watched the video and noticed daylight under the inside tyre as it bounces around (2.03 minutes) That will inspire confidence for somebody considering taking a plunge into the Morgan three wheeler last chance saloon At least they had the sense not to film it going round a left hander......
