Disappointed fans needn’t give up hope, though, as Morgan has confirmed that a 3 Wheeler model will return in the future.

Glad I got mine when I did

Too right, a colour full of fun plus an awful lot safer.

“Production of the most recent 3 Wheeler has been a thrilling and exciting chapter in Morgan’s history,”

I would say a fair few current owners wouldn't agree with this statement - maybe poorly engineered and executed should have been substituted for production...?

Well then. Its safe to say we wont be seeing them investing in providing us with properly designed compensators and bevel boxes?

The successor will use a 3 cylinder compliant engine in the CX chassis.

I'd assume it'll be announced at next year's Geneva show.

Apparently Geneva is not happening in 2021 so maybe an announcement around that time on the Plus Three, with deliveries starting 2022, starting price £55K ?

I'm sure there's may interesting permutations between CX chassis & BMW's powertrains.

& it's only a question of time before an electric or hybrid Morgan appears.

The i3 won't be replaced when its production run ends - 2024, probably.

So what chance a hybrid Plus 4, using the now-discontinued i3 system - or an all electric variant?

There is a MMC video on YouTube.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jAI1Xg6kxRg

At the end there is written „the threewheeler will return“.

But when I see the time between the actual Threewheeler and the model before, I think it could take some time.

Sounds a very likely scenario smile
