Hi Sukrum, I have a Draper, with which I also have problems getting on and off the nipple. If it gets stuck on, releasing the pressure wheel/ bleeder thingy may help.
I am told that Wanner are the grease guns of the cognoscenti.

I use one very similar to this: You can operate the gun one-handed and apply the nozzle on the flexible hose to the nipple with the other hand.

I inherited a Wanner, made the 60's I think, but I'd already inherited an unbranded gun from my uncle who used it on his 100E, and I prefer this to the Wanner. I must polish the Wanner up sometime........... So I'm a two gun greaser.

I use pistol type with rigid tube and 4 jaw connector making it a one handed job, all the grease nipples on my 4/4 sport are pointing in the same direction so with the steering on full left lock all 4 are accessible without the need for a jack

I also use a Rigid Swivel Tube 3 Jaw Tecalemit (Plymouth England)with Lever Grip, which also has a handy Pressure Release Screw, which I have had for 'donkeys years ' I find that with it having the long fixed swivel tube the overrider brackets can still get in the way buy have just purchased a trolley jack so hopefully the extra height will solve that problem . With the car Jacked Up it will reach the Upper Nipples Straight On over the wheel top. Easter is right in that the Nipples need to be turned to allow a perfect 'Straight Coupling' with whatever angle you are working from . Any slight 'Off Angle' and the Grease will easily escape . Also the Back Pressure from the Upper Nipples make them hard to fill with my weakening grip.
