Looks good Peter... I think the colours work as there are now only 2 colours (copper and black) instead of 3. And the wheel design of course is very good.

Any chance of a picture of the car from a distance so we can see it all in context?

Any chance of a picture of the car from a distance so we can see it all in context? Alistair, a great run from home to the Butchers in Stockbridge, via the back roads around Salisbury, and back. The tyres performed brilliantly, tons of grip, slightly more compliant ride and very, very quiet. This was the result.... ![[Linked Image]](https://www.tm-img.com/images/2020/11/28/Mud-in-Winter.jpg) So then I had to wash Tarka.... The wheel centres will be here tomorrow.

I remember last time we met at said Butcher and I think I surprised your good lady. Hope she is well.
I generally like those wheels but without intending to be rude I am not so certain in Black against your car colour. It ages the car but not in quite so nice a manner. They do look quite good but I am always blinded by the lovely Rays/Max wheels.
It's hard to see other wheels as pretty once I have seen them. My bad.

My wonderful wife is well and fitter than she has been for years, so lockdown has had a few positives She hates the wheels, but understands that they were a relatively cheap way to get winter tyres on the car. The Rays Max wheels are in the garage, I will detail them, touch up a couple of minor kerb issues and come April they will be back on the car and will be happy. In defence of the black wheels they are made by Fondmetal in Italy for MMC. I've not seen them on the Fondmetal website....

When you first showed the initial picture I wasn't so keen. Having seen the car with all wheels on, I do like them. I think it is improved by being dirty as well. I am not a fan of immaculate cars, I prefer them to look a bit used.

I'd be perfectly happy to own a car like Tarka with wheels like these! 😀 I do prefer the original wheels but for winter these are easier to clean, not sure what I'd replace the stainless wires on my trad with if I wanted winter tyres fitted. I find it's too much flaffing about to change tyres every 6 months.
