All I read/heard is indeed a little soft for hard use
I need a second car for fast road and Nürburgring-use; hopefully AR will bring a nice sporty version of the manual +4

Just had a play on the Plus 4 car configurator - using chrome, but I can't read the tiny faint text at the bottom of the screen which lists the options you have to decide upon.

Not much change out of £78k though

Just had a quick look - text seems ok and readable on my laptop - again on Chrome.

There are some well priced Plus Four ex MMC Demonstrator cars currently on their site. Here

Had the Sport Green one had alloy wheels we would have been very tempted to go earlier than we have planned for next year.

21 Morgan PlusFours in the UK.
I am rather taken with the copper/Gold one.

The MMC ones at £65k are great value. That is what I paid MMC for my Plus 8 ex demonstrator car in 2014.
Never, for 1 second, regretted it!

Hmm, I'm sure I'm missing something here about being 'well priced'. When a brand new car with few of the exorbitantly priced options on, will only cost around £65k on the road, why pay more than this for a car that has possibly been thrashed and is not specs'd to personal taste, just to get hold of one now, instead of 6 months time.

Peter, if remember, wasn't your car around £85k when new and had only been on a gentle drive up North before you got it? £65k was a good price for yours.

Maybe it's just me?

One idea would be to buy one of the dealer demonstrators now, and then order a new car. So you get to try the car for a while, and then trade it in for a bespoke car if you still like it!
