Romano, parmesan, cheddar (american), cheddar (english). Wensleydale, Stilton, Swedish cheese from Ikea, Laughing Cow, Philadelphia, Baby bel,. We usually have Cheshire but for some reason its hard to find in the US now.
Best source is Aldi or Lidl for Eu selections.

It varies: always two types of cheddar, one old and Cornish to eat as is, one cheaper and younger to cook with. Always Mozzarella, probably Philadelphia (is it really cheese?) and then a selection of artisan cheeses from France, the UK and Switzerland.
Occasionally Cropwell Bishop Stilton, but Caroline can't eat blue cheeses of any sort, so it has to be kept in isolation.

One of the pleasures of lock down life is a trip to a deli and enjoying a new cheese.
I recently discovered Lord London from Alsop and Walker. https://www.alsopandwalker.co.uk/
Really good, I think I may have to try their others!

Jon,
That reminds me I'll have to visit the creamery to get some Wensleydale to go with the cake on Cristmas day.
Cheers

Cheese in a FRIDGE = NEVER !!! Would you keep your Morgan in a fridge? A cheese safe in an unheated garage, near the Morgan, so you can savour the flavour when visiting the Morgan, a careful owner would keep a bottle of Port handy for those longer visits to the garage. Stay safe.

Right you are!

But keep the cheese away from the Morgan garage too! Olive oil is Ok, but leaking cars are not.
