I've got to say I'm impressed with the variety of cheeses you boys have in the fridge and thank you all for contributing, I shall be road testing a few if not all of them over time  many new one's to me in your choices.

please try and stereotype me... I am just not into sausages... Nothing against a good ham - but there is no good ham around Tölz.. We always have to go to Eataly... Living in deep Bavaria with no beer in the fridge - again - just don`t like it. Cycling like mad - driving a couple of weird vehicles and - it´s your turn now - try and stereotype me. I just love the craziest Advent calendar, what a great idea that is. You live in a very pretty town.
Loved your youtube interview, fascinating stuff you are working on there.
I definately won't be stereotyping you, I always have beer in the house but have only been to our village pub around 4 times in 39 years which is also unusual for British people.
I totally understand you bicycles and a Morgan having watched your video.

Stereotyping is a good thing our brain needs to keep pace...
Funny is if it is getting wrong.
I love those situations just because this is when new things start entering our thoughts...
One of my very best friends and school mate was centerfold in a well known paper and doing one of the best final exams at the same time.
the videos were no fishing for compliments - much more the question whether your stereotypes went the right direction?

Becasue of lockdown we don’t have much at the moment, but will pop out later in the week, but currently have Comte, 9 months and 18 months, Tomme de Savoie, goats cheese - frais, mi-sec and sec (fresh, semi dry and dry), Brebis montagne (sheep cheese), Feta, Mozarella, Parmesan
Whilst the cheeses here are excellent - we buy some direct from the producers - I do miss Cheddar and Stilton

Yes stereotyping can surprise and that's when the fun begins, whist I was still in the workplace we did a course on Subconscious Bias and it was a real eye opener on this matter regarding the stuff I was carrying around that I was unaware of.
You helped me out in your case with your previous posts on fully automated car systems.

This might be a question for Pandy - but if you partake in the french, smelly, sticky stuff - is it okay to eat the rind, or are you supposed to cut it off?
