Does the inner flap open properly? I have a 07 lts not super fast but it's no slower than any other Morgan I've owned.
.+8 Now gone for a 1800 4/4. Duratec in bright yellow.

That is very odd John the nozzle should go all the way in, it sounds like the hose has collapsed , take the spare off & have a look. My Brooklands fills easy enough to 3/4 then if you take your time it takes another 4-5 l. Even with the 6 o'clock trick it doesn't help and the vent pipe looks fine.. I must get back into Morgan mode again...I must get back into Morgan mode again.......my last Morgans being 1985 &1977 just had large fillers and no problems getting the nozzle in so to speak.......The Morgan world has moved on since.....and so has fuel necks .........certainly it makes a difference moving the hinge to 6 or 12 (what a idiosyncratic performance). Using a screw driver I note I must have been meeting resistance on metal body of the filler neck at 12 position (thinking that was all there was) and you have to turn the nozzle slightly towards the 6 position ( back on itself) and it seems to penetrate deeper (forgive the euphemism) well at least the screwdriver did.....see how we go........swivelling trap hinge who-ever would have thought of that! .I must get back into Morgan mode again.

I managed to get out yesterday for a pleasant run to Bushy Park and Back via Walton. Lovely drive and good to be back in the Morgan on a fine day. ![[Linked Image]](https://www.tm-img.com/images/2020/12/04/Bushy-Park-2.jpg)

A little fresh today' but roof down to get some petrol and a quick tootle around getting the car ready for my Monday trip across to Mat at Lifes to get the Kingpins rebuild and reaction bars fitted. Not my favourite task getting petrol as its painfully slow to fill the tank whilst trying to avoid the petrol splashing back as the pump hardly goes into the neck of the tank. could have been better designed. I did get a few strange looks roof down dressed in multiple layers to keep warm...... regards Great Picture

That's a really nice picture of your car....I really like the later 4 seaters, so much more stylish than my .old 1977 4 seater

Ah yes - the gym has reopened, so have a good excuse to exercise the Morgan as well as my ageing muscles etc! Great run out across a chilly Woodbury Common to the torture chamber and back!

A spin down to the sea in this lovely sunny but cold 5 c weather. I was testing out the MKII throttle pedal from Wolf Performance. It works well but I can't say more.
