No. Out for a nice 4 hour walk with my navigator. Unfortunately that included a cafe visit and scrambled egg, avocado and smoked salmon on toast. Need another 3 hour walk now!

Had the sausages for dinner last night John. A couple of fried eggs for yesterday's lunch (they needed using). Tonight I have a minted lamb burger... Graham . it sounds from these menus that when regulations have dropped out a bit the great Escape Group could do a meet up outside your place for a lunch next year !

Short run out today and noticed the first daffodils are out coming up College Way in Dartmouth, I don't recall seeing them this early before in 41 years..
