David, I found your inner dialogue very very nicely written. I would like to congratulate you very much on your decision, which took into account all the essential points in the purchase process. I'm happy for you...but that doesn't make me a little devil by any means  BTW I do not get the insider regarding the Italian influence. I guess your family has Italian roots?

Oh Gosh... you listened to the voices in your head? I have spent my entire life trying to ignore the voices that all seem to want to lead me into temptation... Sometimes I fail.... Which is why I have 2 really not very eco friendly V8s... and a big smile most of the time...
