Hi,
Like title say, is it possible ro remove interior wood finish trim pieced above dash and on doors? is changing from piano black to a more natural tone doable?

Without knowing the type of wood used it would be difficult to give a definite answer.
If piano black is applied to say ash or some other hardwood then yes.
The original coating would need careful removal back to bare wood then the chosen finish could be applied.
I would seek advice from the factory as to the wood species used or remove the coating from an unseen part first.

What do your wood parts look like? Might be worth buying replacements in the style you like and selling the black ones to me for spares? :-)

I tried in vain to remove the lacquer from mine.
It’s too thick and hard. Even commercial paint stripper didn’t work
Gave them to the factory to sort in the end.
