Hi Morgan enthusiasts,

As some of you have spotted already, I've created an Instagram page to share pictures of the two three wheelers we have at home.

The lead role of the page is played by the miniature replica Three Wheeler, and playing the supporting role is our legit full size 2016 Morgan, that my wife and I collected new from Morgan’s factory in Malvern, and drove home (that's Portugal, btw).

Of course the full sized Morgan is not exactly the star of the show, Instagram already has a lot of those! It is the miniature replica Three Wheeler that gets all the attention, because it is a bespoke replica of the car it emulates, and seeing the two together always makes for big smiles.

The small replica was a labour of love, with a handfull of small creative adaptations to a popular toy that you can buy off a shelf, so that it would replicate the full sized one. And it does just that, in every single detail, right down to the monza fuel cap, the bonnet leather belt, the wheels, the grill badges. I even made sure the colour was an exact match (it’s Audi’s own LX7R, Monsoon Gray Metallic, by the way).

The special meaning of this all is that our first son was born this year, so every picture we upload is meant to simbolize the bonding of a father and son while sharing the passion for a specific car.

Here's a small sample of our pictures:

Thanks in advance for visiting.

I never knew Fortnums did a custom hamper for the M3W passenger area! Congrats on the toddler version too!

Eloy, a lovely conversion for your son there and a fine pair, congratulations cheers

Congratulations on your son, we had two girls before our son was born and I dearly love them all but there is something rather special about having a boy he's 38 now.

Have you met Mario on here yet ?

Thank you, gentlemen.
@+8Rich, yes of course. Mario and I met for coffee a few weeks before I bought my own Three Wheeler, as he collected his from the factory himself and was kind enough to share his experience and some travel tips.

The Plymouth - Santander ferry seems a good idea to save all that motorway slog through France.
