I have a friend who is having his old e-type restored - Series 1 1/2. Does anyone know please where he can either get his spoked wheels re-chromed or buy a replacement set? Any help or advice appreciated please!

MWS sell wire wheels. I thought that chrome wires have to be dismantled to re-chrome? If so it will be cheaper to get new - stainless might be available now.

Yes...as dave said.
MWS are good value wheels and he has an option of style too, center-laced etc.
Re-chroming isn't cost effective.
I'm big into Etypes and my Brother runs a company specialising too if he needs help.

Thanks Guys - will pass this on to him.
I think that he has someone doing the refurbishment for him up this way.
