Mark, how do you find the Brooklands screens in the rain? Does much water come in under the screens through the gap between the screen and the bonnet?

Shaun

The gap at the bottom of the Brooklands screens is below the top of the scuttle on the T24, so while they are not going to be as watertight as the wraparound screen they should not be too bad. I have opted for them because visibility in the rain through the full screen and a visor is so poor on the M3W. I will fold the driver's screen down when it is wet to take that problem out of play. And my current plexiglass screen is harder to clean and scratches more easily than glass.

I put a brooklands on mine and the nice thing in the rain is I can tilt it to easily see over it. Same thing if it fogs up on a foggy morning. The rain on the sheild of my full face helmet is easy to see through

Did you go from a full screen to Brooklands or small screens to Brooklands?

Mine came with really shorty wind screens. I put on a brooklands screen that has two mounts and is adjustable.... IF I could ever figure out how to post pictures I would do so

Roger, just make a short video and Post it to YouTube and the. Put the link up here. Way more easy than tao programs and a lot of monkey business to get a photo in. Putting in video might even be easier than photos, a Link is the easiest.

I have found that in the rain the screens are the least of my worries! Generally they are not much use as I sit so high in car no2. The more recent cars had a footwell and seat redesign so that you sit more reclined, legs straight and much lower and I think that will make all the difference. Mine are the adjustable Brooklands. Interestingly Pembleton have designed a different solution on the four wheel T24 which could easily be added I think and has no gap between base of screen and scuttle. Only new car I will however go with the Brooklands again. I nearly always wear a Davida Jet Helmet and Visor.

Just heard that my new Pembleton car no 0017 is finished and look forward to getting it soon. I'll post more pictures showing the changes from the car at the front of this article.
