My mate has had his 916 in the lounge on display for about 5 years now, that was the deal made, he had to promise not to ride it anymore.

Now at home awaiting a dry day Dean, you could have lifted the duster off the headlamp prior to taking the photo! I did threaten to put the Harley in the lounge, once. Never tried that again!!

Ooh, nice Bonneville! Are those TT100s on it? I like the drilled discs too. Peashooter silencers look good on Bonnies. Mine has got the original cigar-style, and I quite like the idea of keeping it original looking, but the peashooters are lovely. My original Bonnie had short reverse-cone megas, that was nicely loud.

It was a great bike that sadly I no longer have, unfortunately I have to sell things to pay for other things rather than accumulating them! I bought it like it is in the picture and didn't do much to it apart from tinkering, think the tyres where TT100s, the handling wasn't too bad if you didn't push it but the front brake was rubbish
