Were I a single man, the dining room, with large patio doors opening up to patio/garden/shed would soon become a workshop.

Perfect access to the sink, downstairs toilet and the parts (dish) washer.

I’m impressed that there’s no drip pan!
We used to have a self pick strawberry farm and one day about 20 hairy bikers arrived to pick strawberries, which was a sight in itself. After their picking efforts they settled down in the sun for a nap, I noticed only those riding Japanese bikes put their strawberries in the shade under their bike!

When we built our house, I made sure there was also a detached 24x48 split shop garage, with toilet, wash tub and washing machine

As it's one of the "new" generation Triumphs I'm not surprised here's no drip pan. My modern one didn't leak either, unlike my '78 T140V.
