Hi, I've had my '97 4/4 since 2002 and have had some great times in it over the years. The reason I got the Moggy was to experience some real "analogue" driving and it didn't disappoint. Living in the Midlands I can easily get to Wales and the Peak District where the roads are perfect for the Morgan.

However, it developed an electrical fault about 18 months ago and I didn't have the time to investigate it, too many other things to do, so it's been on SORN ever since. Sacrilege I know. Now though I've found the time and motivation to sort it out.

I'm hoping that the boys and girls on here will be able to give me some help and guidance (I'll start a thread in the maintenance section.)

Where in the world are most of the members based, the UK, Europe or the States?

Welcome to the forum cheers

Although I can not provide much in the way of technical support, there are plenty on TalkMorgan who will be very able to help.

You will see that we are scattered worldwide. Older vintage Morgans in the US and Australia, the more recent vintage being in the EU.

Hope we can get you issues resolved.

As Hugh Laurie says (see L'Oréal TV ad in the TalkMorgan post) "Be yourself - Never let go,"

Thanks Steve. Yes a nice Moggy in the ad but I think that gunk he's putting on his face will clog up his beard, ha ha. I have been known to rub swarfega in my beard from time to time but I can't vouch for it's moisturising properties!

Hello and welcome Doc wine

Whilst I don't have the official percentages to hand, the majority of our users (both those who post and those who simply lurk (read but not post)) are from the UK, followed by the rest of Europe and then North America, with a far lesser amount from Asia and other parts of the World.
