Did you notice that he referenced “some guy in Oregon revived the three wheeler”. He should have said a motorcycle Sidecar designer in Seattle by the name of Pete Larson of Liberty Sidecars and the designer and builder of the Liberty Ace which is/was a much better design than what Morgan took from him to build the current S&S powered M3W.
Shame on Jay Leno!
I made a mistake, it is Larsen with an E not an O. Pete builds some very nice cycle cars. Morgan dreams its quality control could be as good.

Always important to remember which have "e's" and which have "o's. Let alone forgetting a "d".

As a side note, they is a strong possibility that Jay Leno will be getting a Liberty Ace 1.0 to compare with the current M3W.
It would be an interesting comparison from a guy that has driven and owned his share of exotic vehicles. Stay tuned.

Stephen,
Did you consider getting a Liberty Ace? I know there weren't too many of his original iteration floating around, and perhaps that is simply a matter of supply and demand. Is Pete any closer to announcing the release date for his newest car?

Pete is very close to a release with video.
I didn’t think I had a shot at getting an Ace so I went for the Morgan. The Ace’s in existence for sale are like finding a chicken with lips.

It was me that offered my ACE to Jay Leno’s Garage. I hope it happens and best-case IMO would be Jay and Pete Larsen, with Pete’s new mid-engine flat 6 ACE also featured. I know there weren't too many of his original iteration floating around, and perhaps that is simply a matter of supply and demand. It was Morgan that halted the supply of ACEs at 13 total, after they bought Pete’s designs. In his book Peter Dron mused why Morgan bought the ACE out, considering they carried so little forward; maybe it was an effort to learn a little and shepherd demand a lot.
