Good choice of Mog as they are not short on power , don't be suprised about the hard suspension , things can be done to soften the ride !

Also consider anti tramp bars & upgrading to new rear suspension hangers bolted to the rear drums.
MMC upgraded the hanger design as it can fail. Mine failed on one sided after spirited touring down to Naples & Sorrento. I had it welded up then replaced both sides.
Here is the parts book extract. Look at item 4.

Thanks for that, luckily the car has SSL 5 link with coil springs so I don't think this is applicable?

I think the dampers use the same mounting point

Enjoy your Mog. Remember to drive it! Miles = smiles.
Ask anything you want to know in here.
Be wary of fish topics though! They cause mirth, merriment and thread drift laugh2

"Yanto" is a nick name picked up many years ago when I was an apprentice, I grew up in a small village called Wales in South Yorkshire, not sure if you mean fishing for fish, keeping fish, eating fish or the singer Fish, your point is noted grin2

Don't worry Yanto, the 5 link is completely different & uses a much more substantial lower mount as below
