Hello All, first post here to introduce myself and (briefly) my new car. Had a handover of sorts today, more of an inspection and first eyes on the car before it heads to the detailer for new car detail and PPF application.

The car is nothing short of spectacular in the metal. Pictures don't do it justice. I grabbed a couple of quick shots today and can hopefully add some more to this thread next weekend. The car is the first I've seen (after many long months of Internet and Instagram scouring) with an all-leather tan centre console, which I'm absolutely delighted with. Mark Leddington at Morgan very kindly showed me round some in build cars at the factory (in between lockdowns last year) to get eyes on some options. One of the press cars has an all leather dark brown centre console and I loved the look of it.

Anyway, a few pictures for now (with the car on temporary previous-gen wheels) with more to follow. Looking forward to sharing pictures, tips and stories on CX Morgans!

Tom,

Yours looks absolutely brilliant. I love the colour combo. Please post more and tell us what your spec is.

Mine has been delivered to the dealer, Revolutions in Perth, who are doing some tweaks to it before I pick it up in a couple of weeks. Can't wait.

Welcome also from northern Germany.

The first test drive I made with an outside complete black Morgan. I didn´t like the look.
After owning my connaught green 4/4 for several years -an lookung at your very nice car- I have changed my mind thumbs

Thanks for the replies, looking forward to being part of the community and learning more about these amazing cars. A couple more pictures. I ordered the car with silver painted wheels and am having them painted black...which saved a few £ in a budget that crept up and up. Absolutely delighted with all-leather centre console.

I'll post more pictures when I collect from the detailer. Happy to answer any Qs and provide detailed pictures etc if it helps inform anyone's purchase decision or just piques curiosity!

Agree about the leather centre console and black wheels Tom, both were standard on my car & trads. I love my Sport Grey but I would have a difficult decision if choosing a new car however the Sport Green & Tan does look good and would be one of my choices.

Are the seats the updated comfort spec as they look a bit different for the others Ive seen?

The seats are the newer design. They mitigate the feeling of sitting 'on' the car rather than 'in' it that reviews of the first cars commented on and that I experienced on my test drive. They are not the 'comfort' option seats due for '2022' cars that are a c.£900 option.

Sadly morgan know what is popular and charge people accordingly; black wheels are now an expensive option. Centre console sides in leather is a separate option, as is centre console top.
