A friend of mine would like to hire a Mog for a few days....any recommendations please? Preferably North Midlands/South Yorkshire...
Her husband is a big Mog fan, and is 60 in May....a birthday treat for him...
Would be grateful for any suggestions....

The Morgan factory in Malvern is not too far from the Midlands and the hire department has reopened MMC

MMC, I think do a "package" with hire and accommodation (I think at Shelsley Walsh Court House). Might be worth a splurge.
It could be expensive though - I drove one at Malvern and at the end put down a deposit on one. Not that I have ever regretted it.

If he hires one from the factory it will be the new (ally chassis) Plus Four. It would give him (them?) a chance for a factory tour also, if late May (assuming everything goes ahead as planned  ).

I would recommend a factory tour, test drives and afternoon tea on a Thursday at the Factory, then a weekend hire of a Plus Four, after all he's only 60 once.

You'd have to check on hire prices with the factory Richard. Not something I try to remember as prices likely to change without notifying tour guides.
You can always ask for me to be the guide, but that would depend on the schedule. Things have changed a little in the last year, with the lady who used to run the tour / shop &c. moving on to pastures new...
