Just back from 310 mile round trip to my narrowboat in South Yorkshire. As we may have to live on it for a few weeks between houses, thought it wise to check it was ok. Engine started fine after 7 months laid up and managed to get pump out. Journey was fine with less cars than usual but seemingly more heavies. A bit chilly on the last stretch roof off.

Yep, all we need now is the over 48 Brooklands Roadsters to join us.
It does turn heads as you drive by followed by another.

Yep, all we need now is the over 48 Brooklands Roadsters to join us.
It does turn heads as you drive by followed by another. I can just hear "honest officer it was my mate speeding, his car's just like mine and people mix us up all the time"

IA handsome pair indeed , ive just become a member of this forum and looking to purchase a Morgan sometime this year hopefully, i see there is a Brooklands roadster for sale at Oakmere , and just wondering if the the bonnet and cowls were in polished form from the factory as a option or were they polished afterwards, as the the one i have seen for sale is in a satin finish , personally i love the polished aluminium look .

Russel Paterson has a nice spec one with the AR ECU upgrade and 11k miles up North Brooklands
