It could not have been scripted. An epic race and the perfect set-up for the season ahead. We are seeing Max gain maturity, the reigning champ challenged but certainly not intimidated... and so much good racing back in the field. Although cheering for Daniel I thought Lando Norris showed, not for the first time, real talent. What a great race.

Ferrari back almost in the mix.
Honda engine giving the AMG a run for it's money.
McLaren doing a great job.

The new Japanese chap showing some speed and wild edge which may not be so good. Vettel talking copplers after having just nerfed Ocon as he did not allow for aero under braking. He had enough presence of mind to try and put the blame on Ocon but not enough to remember the front brakes don't work when you are 3 inches from the bloke in front.

Everyone loves a Morgan. Even me, unless it's broken again.

I wonder if Lawrence Stroll / Aston Martin have a get out clause in Vettel's contract.

I think Stroll could get tired of Vettel very quickly especially if Lance can show that he is as fast or maybe even faster.

Mr Vettel needs to be careful or he might be unemployable if he screws up at AM.

I would like to see him in retirement.

Yes he should have gone mid season last year and made way for a younger hungrier driver, it's sad when people can't get out of the way and create space for the youngsters that have the desire and ambition, a spent force is not a pretty sight and sadly this is what he will be remembered for not his previous wins.

I have to agree with you Rich. His efforts in trying to blame Occon were truly pathetic. He should have packed it in as soon as he was aware of getting the chop from Ferrari ( that well known caring, non political racing team) and I have special dispensation to allow me to say that, I have friends in low places!!

Here for a good time not a long time!!

I just feel sorry for him now as he seems a bit lost and in need of a close friend to tell him it's over, I am sure there there must be another role within Motorsport that he could add value to and I hope he finds it soon.

Leclerc done good Reg thumbs in one of those red cars grin2 it's really good to see them keeping everyone honest.
Him, Alonso and Mclaren were the special performers for me.
