The previous owner gave the "Old Girl" a hard time, 7000 km of competition. So she gets new 87mm pistons & liners,new bearings, new valves & valve guides and a new rallycamshaft & camfollowers and new lightweight conrods. I removed 7kg from the flywheel and get it balanced thogether with the crankshaft. Now I'm prepairing a special aluminium cylinderhead with opened up chamber and compression 1:11 Here are some pictures. Cheers Rudy.

She might be an "old girl" but you treat her like a lady.  (Not the popular 60min makeover and botox injections  ) Will you be racing it Ruud? Hope she makes it in time for Assen in July. Cheers J

More pictures, Here is the combustion chamber of the standard cast-iron head, with bigger valves 41/36 mm new aluminium/bronze valve guides and compression 1:10 + And some material removed around the inletvalve.  And here the mighty Webers 42 DCOE and the roller rocker armset.
