Thanks all. I seem to remember seeing somewhere that the color was listed as chrome yellow. An unusual and beautiful color! The hue is pretty much the same as Sodium chromate.

'73 4/4. Mostly original including the paint. It needs new tires, some paint work around the headlights, and a few other bits. Hasn't run well in a number of years and we just couldn't find the issue. Turned out to be an intermittent electrical issue on one of the low voltage coul wires. Very reliable now.
