Thanks Chris, it was this link in that thread that no longer seems to work http://www.talkmorgan.com/ubbthreads.php/galleries/622847/prelim-bafflectomy-procedure . It looks like it was replaced with the later instructions. Thanks again.

Wow! This thread took off.

My M3W should ship this week. I need to shout out Morgan West. They have really helped me.

All new rubber including balance and alignment
Chassis brace
Urban cooling
Steering kit including long rack adjustments
All new fluids: bevel box, transmission and engine
Replaced fuel lines
Adjusted tensioners and aligned belt
Replaced brake and clutch fluids
Sorted out brake and clutch travel
Adjusted pedal box
New steering rack mounts
Plus various items that needed attention

I didn't touch the centaur drive. I may regret that and I may not. Some day the clutch will need to be replaced so I will do it then. It just didn't seem to make sense to tear something apart that is broken currently.

She goes on a truck this week hopefully and will arrive here in Florida while I still have a few weeks to enjoy her before it gets to hot and humid.

The way I see it, she is nicely sorted so that I can enjoy driving before I have to start tinkering.

I'll post pics when she arrives.

Make sure if you have the Harley compensator there is a grease nipple fitted and it will need greasing about every 1000 miles with high pressure grease. 10-12 pumps from a side lever grease gun usually does it. You don't need to jack the car up to do it either.

If anyone is thinking about doing the baffle mod I have the kit you can borrow i.e. cutters and extensions. It’s a kit I probably never use again so happy to lend it out

I am near Camberley in Surrey. I’m not posting but you are welcome to pick it up or meet locally
