Interestingly the Plus 8 Aeros are described by MMC as an Aero SuperSport Convertible, but they have serial numbers in the Trad sequence: mine is 4124.
So, when is an Aero not an Aero?
When it is a Plus 8!!

Please can you remove my S1 no 57, Tim Ayres sold it for me a few months ago.I have a new Plus Four arriving on 1st June.

Hi all, I've recently acquired a September 2007 Series III in Stingray Grey with number 450.

Is there any logic at all to the Chassis Number sequence? I have a 2015 Aero Coupe with Chassis No. 004039 which seems to be a LOWER number than Aero SuperSports Chassis numbers I have seen on 2011 and 2012 cars and e.g the Geneva car No. 004506 registered in 2013.

Edit: Oh and I know I have to do a proper introduction and pictures of the car, coming soon!
