Some of you may have seen this on BBC Breakfast this morning. I have just got back from the official opening. The museum is brilliant and well worth a visit. I also got to take out a Hillman Imp - our first car when we were newly-weds - for a drive round the grounds. All the cars are driveable and about 30 of them are available to book for a short drive around the museum perimeter. So very hands on. Donmog and friends will be going there on June 24th for a late Drive It Day. More details at www.greatbritishcarjourney.com I am not on commission or associated with the organisation but wanted to share with you what should be a good day out. They have a `58 Morgan 4/4 in the collection.

Better buy the Sunday Sun for two for one voucher!
Think 70 pounds for 20 minutes seems expensive!

Think 70 pounds for 20 minutes seems expensive! I think the £70 is for a supercar of some description. "Normal" cars are about £40 - you do get a memory stick with a film of your drive included. Even with two for one - I`d be too embarrassed to buy the Sun these days! Although that does seem like a god deal.

I am doing on Saturday with Amber valley Classics ,looking forward to a very interesting day .
Not sure what to take though ,the little Hornet or the Riley RM both need a run out .
