My only problem I have with it is the glare makes reading at all time difficult but overall it is great. And S a bonus I can find places not familiar to me, and the older I get i wonder about carrying it around the house might be beneficial😂😂

A measure the distance with a Tomtom Rider 550. There you have he kilometers driven for the current day in the statistics. That may help.
If I fill the tank complete the display shows in most cases 83-86% then slowly going up to 94%. I just once realised that it jumps up to 100%.
Independently of this I dont know how many kilometers you can drive with a full tank. Any experience?

I thought I'd share a few images of my solution for an updated "dashboard" for the oil pressure / temp gauge and the new GPS Speedometer / Odometer. The structure is three pieces of 1/4 hardboard "hinged with duct tape. The front has 1/4 closed cell foam, then leather stretched over all. The biggest challenge was trying to match the interior color, which I got close, but you'll notice it is less than perfect. The box wedges between the chassis members and trim piece around the shifter and the sides fold back and have zip ties across the back holding them in place, and the control button for each gauge on on the respective sides. It will be interesting to see how accurate the GPS Speedo / Odo are.
