Would everyone who is coming mind pinging in? The group reservation list isn't very helpful.

update on the group rides....
Thursday: a ride north to Front Royal then over the fort valley to a great lookout over Luray. Then a descent into Luray for lunch.... it looks like there is a BBQ place with outdoor seating.
[Saturday: Ride over to Rappahannnck Cellars for a tour/tasting (there is a small fee). There is a food truck and outdoor picnic tables. Then on to Sperryville to the Copper Fox distillery then up the winding hill back to Skyland

We're getting close to go time for the Rally. I think it would be helpful from a logistical standpoint to have a roster of participants with contact information for group emails/texts. I'll volunteer to compile a spreadsheet with everyone's info and email it out to all who respond. Please private message me with the following info: - Name
- Email
- Mobile Phone #
- Vehicle Type (I understand we may have some 4-wheelers)
- Coming From
- Arrival Date
- Departure Date
Scott There have been questions as to how many will be attending the rally. I'll bump this as I have only received two responses so far.

Rodger, the rally routes are excellent. All - given the rural location of Skyland Lodge and scattered arrivals, How about an itinerary that blends group and individual time, and allows flexibility but also a schedule where we can all meet. Something like this:
2 June, Wed. Weather permitting, park on the lawn upon arrival for meet/greet social. 1700 Cars and Libations on the Lawn (BYOB a home-favorite libation to share) 1800 Dinner/BBQ at Skyland (Rodger's brat's if we can all commit to bring something to share - otherwise let's agree upfront to dine at the restaurant). 1930 Sunset cruise to the overlook
3 June, Thurs 0830 Breakfast at the Lodge. Rendezvous outside Restaurant lobby for best chance at group seating 0930 Group ride - meet on lawn for logistics Lunch in town (Luray?) Group ride and return to Skyland 1700 Cars and Libations on the Lawn (BYOB) 1800 Dinner at Skyland Restaurant 1930 Sunset cruise and champagne photo session (everyone bring a bottle and glasses, rain date 5 June)
4 June, Fri 0815 Breakfast at Lodge. Meet outside Restaurant lobby 0900 Park on the lawn, hoods open! - technical 'how to's and solutions, product demo's with Emil Rolando and anyone else with ideas 1200 Group ride to lunch in town (Charlottesville?) - Afternoon in town on your own 1700 Dinner on your own 2130 Nightcaps under the Stars at Skyland
5 June, Sat 0900 Breakfast in Luray Group ride to....(Rodger) Winery tour and food truck lunch (Charlottesville?) Group ride to....(Rodger)
Winery or Charlottesville Dinner (reservations strongly suggested) 2130 Nightcaps under the Stars at Skyland Lodge
6 June, Sun 0800-1000: Goodbyes on the lawn - departures

Folks, important status update. Need feedback please:
Two years ago by this point (<2-weeks out) we received more inquiries and confirmations. That event netted 10-12 Morgans. My presumption when organizing the rally again this year is that latent Covid demand will drive attendance. So far though, the number feels lower. I only 'see' four Skyland Lodge reservations linked to the group, including my own. There may be more, plus at least one at the RV park. But Emil just advised me of inbound part's shipping delays that will preclude two expected 3W's (not to mention his own) from attending.
Obviously, the more the merrier. This venue is a fantastic experience, practically designed for the M3W. But what is the minimum number of 3W's requited to justify those from far away to make the effort? Do we have enough participation or do we postpone until the Fall?
