Very well done Lance. Did you put fins on the underside to simulate a windscreen and help locate the beautiful mount?

Did not go that far, just covered the slots and drilled through the thick part of the cowl.

Great Job!! Looks great....Can I ask you for a couple of pictures from some distance too?? Especially from the front so I can see how the semi rounded shape of those Brooklands look compared to the standard ones.....

... Otherwise it will make some noise (rattle).

Chris Instead of using the rubber gaskets that came with the screens (too thin and they compress) I made gaskets from from stiff 3.9mm cowhide and dyed them black. With the screens angled as I have them, I have about 3.5mm space between the screens and the aluminum strips.
